Summer Institute for the Gifted, Manhattanville & Bronxville
SIG offers weekday programs and residential experiences for gifted youngsters. SIG Day programs are 3-week academic summer camps for students ages 4-12 and are located at Manhattanville (July 1 – 19), Sarah Lawrence (July 22 – Aug 9th), and Vassar (July 7 – 27th). SIG Residential programs are 3-week academic summer camps for students ages 9-18. Both programs combine academics with social, cultural and recreational opportunities for a truly engaging summer. Discover Camp, Hawthorne & White Plains
Discover Camp is a safe, fun environment where children can test new classes and have an enjoyable experience while learning something new or discovering a new hobby. They foster the love of hands-on science and technology. Courses include rocketry, aerodynamics and flight, lego robotics, woodworking, chess, jewelry and metal smithing. Challenge Camp 2013, Rye
Celebrating our 33rd summer dedicated to providing programs designed to stimulate imagination and creativity…your Passport to Learning. American Camping Association accredited. Our exciting new location on 18 picturesque acres at School of the Holy Child in Rye is a unique learning opportunity for gifted and talented students ages 4-15. Campers select from over fifty morning academic courses and forty afternoon enrichment classes and sports clinics. Lunch (kosher option) is included and transportation is available.
