Thank you for such a rich and rewarding experience, not only for them, but for me. Our four girls that were working on the “Fit-Ish” game in the designing stage of it had the discussion if everyone would be able to enjoy and play it. As a team they collectively decided to take it down to our special education department and have a group of students there play it as well. To see our special education students having fun and giving our gifted students suggestions on how to improve their game was probably one of the most profounding experiences in teaching I have had in my nine years. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for giving our students this experience that could bridge a gap that far and be SO positive for both sides. Thank you for all that you do!!!! I like how you are building this organization and offering resources for all different stakeholders – for parents, teachers, and children. It’s for all different people who have a common interest in gifted education. The links are great and the resources are plentiful. I even went and played the games, which were great fun. This site is well organized and all of the links actually work! I like the way it’s laid out and it is easy to navigate through. I can send Emma’s grandmother here to learn about gifted education and she wouldn’t freak out. I love the colored fish and why you used them as your logo. I read the first article on the gifted and thought that it was powerful. Stephanie Mandella, New Rochelle

I’m a second grade teacher at Ward School in New Rochelle and I’m always looking for good websites that provide me with clear cut information. This is a great organization that has a lot of different resources across the board, from articles to different activities to do with the kids in the areas of math, science, BBC, and even puzzles. I also like the way they define the gifted child and how they make the educational standards clear and clean. Thank you for making the information user-friendly, which any teacher can use. Jonathan Fox, Eastchester

This site grabbed and hooked me; I liked the ease of use- it was very user friendly. We desperately need an organization for our gifted youngsters. The content was to the point and not too verbose. Even when I move, I’ll still use this site as a resource. Ilise Kesslin, Riverdale

I love the games! This is great. I find it frustrating, living in this community, to find out about anything. In this environment, it’s hard to use the word “gifted,” because everyone thinks their kid is gifted. But in fact, for those kids like my son Sam, this website is exactly what we need! Robin Pearlman, Larchmont

I particularly like the way the links hook you right up to the details of the programs. I think that is essential for interested parents. Good job! Micki Grunstein, People’s Education

This is a cool site. Everything is succinct and is easy to read. I love its simplicity and how you’ve offered us a wealth of information. There is so much for a child to do that will help them in the future. Bruce Riggs, New Rochelle
